The Top 50 initiative is the largest ever independent benchmarking exercise in the UK call centre industry. In partnership with GfK NOP, one of the UK’s leading market research organisations, we will be making 20,000 mystery calls to our members' call centres, providing them feedback on the callers’ experiences and the level of customer service they provide to both their existing and potential customers.
We want to recognise and reward those companies that are delivering excellent service through their call centres and hold them up as examples of the best in the business. In launching this programme we hope to inspire other call centres to attain the levels of customer service provided by our Top 50 members, thereby improving the standards across the industry which will ultimately improve all customers’ experiences when contacting a call centre.
